It is a fragrant
eventually unfurling to offer subtle scents of fresh pineapple
The flamboyance and opulence of the year come through loud and clear
(fashioned with 100% whole clusters)
Jean-Claude Bachelet, Puligny Montrachet Aubues Vintage:2010 It is a fragrant(Les Aubues is a small enclave entirely within Les Enseignres). This is also cool and airy with its mix of green apple, spice, floral and crushed fennel nuances. The succulent, intense and caressing medium bodied flavors flash good power while displaying fine length on the lemony and bone dry finale. This balanced effort would benefit from developing better depth but that should reasonably happen. Worth your interest.
